These terms apply to packardvitality.com and to sessions booked with Packard Vitality LLC, a California limited liability company based in Fallbrook, California.

Not medical advice

HOCATT™ and PEMF sessions are wellness services, not medical treatment. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The descriptions of benefits on this site describe what these technologies are reported to do; they are not a promise of any particular result for you.

Talk to your doctor before booking, particularly if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, a fever or an active infection, or are under medical supervision for any condition. Tell us about any relevant condition before your session. We may decline a booking if we do not think a session is appropriate for you.

Appointments

Sessions are by appointment only and are arranged by phone or email. We will confirm your time and send you the address and directions once your booking is confirmed.

If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Please arrive on time — sessions run to a schedule and a late arrival may have to be shortened.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. Payment is taken on the day of your session. This website does not process payments and does not take card details.

Multi-session packs are arranged directly with us. Packs are for the named person and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise.

Using this website

The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to Packard Vitality LLC or are used with permission. HOCATT™ and HUGO™ are trademarks of their respective owners. Please do not copy or republish the contents of this site without asking.

We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Packard Vitality LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
