Accessibility Statement

Packard Vitality LLC wants packardvitality.com to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at high zoom.

What we aim for

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are not claiming a formal audit — we are telling you what we build to and asking you to tell us where we fall short.

What we have done

• Every page works from the keyboard alone, with visible focus rings.
• Pages use a single clear heading structure, and landmarks for the header, main content and footer.
• Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast against their backgrounds.
• Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px-wide screen, and stays readable when zoomed to 200%.
• The site respects your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
• The contact form has real labels tied to every field, and errors are announced rather than shown only by colour.

Known limitations

The step-by-step explanations on our About page use animated diagrams supplied by the HOCATT™ manufacturer. Each one has a text description alongside it that carries the same information, so nothing is only available in the animation. The Google Maps embed on our contact page is third-party content whose accessibility we do not control; it does not load unless you choose to open it, and the address and phone number are always available as text.

Our studio is in a private home. If you have access requirements — step-free entry, assistance getting into the chamber, a support person accompanying you, or anything else — please call us on 949.234.7213 before you book and we will tell you honestly what we can accommodate.
