Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Packard Vitality LLC (“we”) does with information you give us through packardvitality.com. We have tried to keep it short and specific, because there genuinely is not much to it.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive the first name, last name, email address and message you typed. If you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us in that call or email.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not have accounts or logins.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list from a contact form submission.

Who else touches it

Contact form messages are delivered by Resend, our email provider, and land in a Google Workspace / Gmail inbox we control. This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

The map on our contact page is a Google Maps embed that only loads if you press “Show map”. Until you do, no request is made to Google and no Google cookie is set. If you do load it, Google’s privacy policy applies to that interaction.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of what was discussed. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email packardvitality@gmail.com and we will handle it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we extend the same courtesy to everyone.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
